Supporting Windsor-Essex’s unique multicultural identity and flavour, the Carrousel of the Nations dominates the last three weekends in June, and is the area’s only regional multicultural festival. The Carrousel is expected to attract well over 400,000 attendees and offers festival-goers fine food, music and warm hospitality.

TBA This annual event is a 5-in-one festival: The Windsor Theatre Fringe, presenting 200 Theatre over 10 days at five venues in downtown Windsor; The Chalk & Chocolate festival featuring chalk artists compete, with the creations of local chocolateers creations for sale; The Windsor International Buskers Festival, with 10 major international busking acts from around the world entertain the crowds in Charles Clark Square; The Visual Fringe which mounts the work of 60 to 80 Visual artists, displaying their work in store fronts, restaurants; 'Buskin' to the Beat' with the musical stylings of the Windsor Symphony String Quartet, Country & Western, Blue grass, Down East Fiddle, Quebecois Folk, Cuban A Capella, Dixieland Jazz perform at locations outdoors, in and around downtown Windsor, between theatre shows.
